Print out this page to keep track of the number of items shipped and delivered via the NETLS courier each month. These statistics should be reported by the 3rd business day of the following month, i.e. September statistics reported by Oct 3rd, October statistics reported by November 5th, etc.

Courier information:

• Statistics for each month will be due by the 3rd business day of the following month, reporting the total number of items received from and picked up by the NETLS courier. Each package, box, or envelope is considered to be one item. For instance, 2 books in a padded envelope is one item. There will be a reminder sent via email a few days before the statistics are due.
  
  
• To send items to the NETLS office, please use Loc / Hub designation 92 / DAL.
  
  
• For items going to any current Amigos TExpress/Trans-Amigos Express participant, use the Loc and Hub designations found at http://www.amigos.org/?q=node/254. These labels do not need to be highlighted. Those colors are only for items being delivered to other NETLS members that are NOT Amigos TExpress/Trans-Amigos Express participants.
  
  
• Please request courier labels before you run out. We are glad to send labels when you need them. However, if the label sheets (Avery 5163 or equivalent) are available at your library and you would like to print them, just call or email and we can send the template for your library.
  
  
• If there are ILL items that were received via the US mail, they must be returned via the US mail, unless they are going to an institution that is a current Amigos TExpress/Trans-Amigos Express participant. If the sending institution is NOT on the list, the items must be mailed.
