Jane Heiser, Director of State Programs Division, Institute of Museum and Library Services ,met with Texas library delegates of the Literacy Volunteers of America conference in Houston. Funding for eight delegates from small community libraries in Texas was provided by the Austin-based Tocker Foundation.
