 This page allows you to search for documents in the NETLS web site.  The search engine will display a weighted list of matching documents, with better matches shown first. Each search result will list the name of the document with a link and an abstract so you will know right away if that document is relevant.  The document will be rated as to relevancy and the file size and date will also be listed.  For help searching our site, look at some examples below the search box.

Search Help: How to search this site

This search engine allows simple Boolean searches, which means you can search for keywords you might expect to exist on our website.  Then focus your search by using AND, OR, and NOT, or parentheses. For example:

collection development
finds documents containing 'collection' or 'development'

collection or development
finds the same as above

collection and development
finds documents containing both 'collection' and 'development'

collection not development
finds documents containing 'collection' but not 'development'

(collection not development) and discounts
finds documents containing 'discounts', plus 'collection' but not 'development'

program*
finds documents containing words starting with 'program', such as programs and programming
