NETLS Meeting and Lunch Registration Form
If you will attend the Membership Meeting and Awards Luncheon in Garland on May 24th, please help us plan for the meeting by completing this form. Please register each person attending separately.
Please join us for a wonderful meal of Herb Roasted Chicken with Roasted New Potatoes, Southern-style Green Beans (with bacon and onions), rolls and butter, assorted dessert choices, and iced tea and water. Payment of $15 is due by May 20 for each person registered to have lunch. Please send payment by check or money order made payable to the City of Garland (no cash or credit cards accepted) to:

Even if you will not be having lunch, please register and select "No (attending meeting only)", so that we may know how many will be attending the Membership Meeting.
