| Attendees | The program is open to employees of small community libraries serving less than 25,000 people who do not have Master's degrees in Library and Information Science. There is a limit of two staff members per library in locations where seating is limited. |

This ongoing, voluntary program provides management skills to non-MLIS library staff of small community libraries in Texas consists of two-day workshops. Each session is tailored to provide essential management skills for library professionals who are responsible for planning, creating and justifying budgets, hiring and supervising staff, ordering and weeding library materials, and developing policies.
